After this training you will have the basic skills to facilitate online discussions, be it in a chat room, in an e-conference room or in a discussion forum (asynchronous). The training is structured in three blocks. 

After this course participants will have the basic skills to facilitate online collaboration and communication in a sucessfull way. They will have first experiences with the most common tools of e-communication and e-collaboration and will know how and when to use them propperly in the setting of networks, cops and taskcollaboration and coordination over distance.
